I can't believe I'm moving back to the capital in less than 2 weeks. It's gunna be hella scary. I know I have friends and family there and that's all good, but I have no one to just hang out with (my friends all live in South London and I am living in North London) and no job yet and everything's getting a bit scary.
What am I gunna do when I move? The thing is, I could do anything, which is why it's so scary! I have to have a limited number of choices, but I'm going to have infinite choices of things to do/places to go/things to see... It's a bit overwhelming. Plus, because it's London and it's huge, I don't know where I can go to get stuff, you know, like I know the best places in Exeter and Bath to buy cool gifts, or where I can get the cheapest art materials and whatever, but in London I don't know where anything is or where to go for anything, even basic stuff.
New cities frighten me at the best of times, let alone when they're hardcore scary like London. It sounds silly, but I only really know where to get stuff in Central London - like I know where to get the best fun things in Covent Garden or the best places to go out drinking in Camden, or where to buy clothes on Regent Street, but I don't know any of the area in which I am going to be living. Surely it would be better to be able to get stuff locally, else I'll be heading into Central London every day and that amount of travel could become quite expensive...
*stop panicking, it'll be fun!*
