[Now having healed most of his injures (he's still replacing bandages here and there on a few of them, particularly the one in his gut where he got a rather nasty spear wound) and found some replacement for his Killing Edges, Jaffar is amassing new materials for his next trip.
He's got a pack on his back, and on it are three or four canteens of water he filled up at the lake, several things he took from the pharmacy, a sleeping roll, and some other equipment. The thing is, he doesn't think this will be enough to trek through mountains and a desert. He doesn't bring rations for the mounts as he could hunt but in the desert..
