Yes. I think I had just seen a Michael Moore movie or something and thought that me harassing people = documentary. I assaulted random customers with questions like "How does it feel to be contributing to the death of the American small town?" Eventually I got kicked out and I made a big stink about how my rights were being violated. I think I got an A because back in those days, every presentation that was a video was like an automatic A.
I get most of my books used from people/dealers(many of them brick and morter independent stores) in the Amazon "marketplace," although I'll go to an actual indie bookstore if I'm not certain what I'm looking for.
In this case, I needed the information in the book right away (had to make up a contract for an illustration gig) and Borders was offering instant gratification.
Oh well, I returned the book the next day. Everybody wins!?
Remember the days when Amazon was the little guy? And then people starting buying from there because they chose to. And then after a few years Amazon actually made a profit. And then all those people who were working at Amazon (feeding their kids with money from investors) said "Yeah! We made a profit! Now we can feed our kids with the profit and help people have another way to buy books
