Crickey! thats a bugger
Well, to begin with, isn't it sad about Steve Irwin? i mean, i can't honestly say i ever liked him, in fact, he gave me the irrits something shocking. However, he did a hell of a lot for our little Australian Wonderland so kudos to him and regrets to his family. i suppose it's as with any celebrity that dies, well and anyone, takes it's time to sink in, and even if you didn't like them, it is sad.
On a brighter note, it is a beautiful day outside :-) in fact, i've been enjoying the slightly warmer weather, although i know i will be cursing when it gets any hotter. And i am spending this rather splendid day inside at Uni, it is reading week so i don't have to be here but i thought it would be good to get some research out of the way. So yay me, a tad too enthusiastic perhaps? or maybe i am getting competitive? but nah, i think i'm just putting my arse into gear, well, more.
i did some more on the garden, but i really wish things would grow faster!! i have put in lots of ground covers and of course they aren't covering ground as fast as i would like.
Another thing that isn't as fast as i would like is centrelink, i have finally got all my forms in and soon a social-worker should call, but if they would get a wriggle on i would be ever so happy.

On another note, isn't the LJ autosave absolutely glorious? this computer just chucked a spaz and shut down and i haven't lost a thing.

Oh and a not so personal message to Rhys: Honey, you certainly change your phone number a lot, i can hardly catch up ;-) Oh and i reckon not this weekend but the next would be dandy, cause i have more painting to do this one coming :-)
Goodness me, i have been a regular Delia Smith lately, i do all the cooking, and, well cleaning which i am betting she doesn't have to do, that'd be Nanette Newman right?
Super happy about Corey being out :-) can't wait till the visitors like me can rush over and give him gigantic hugs. We all missed you something dreadful my boy.
i need to get back to writing a err, 1500 word essay on Bluebeard, fairytales, amazing huh...oh and then the Industrial Revolution...
