Sam/Castiel Why are you a Sam/Castiel fan? I love how Sam and Castiel weren't forced into a "relationship" in the way that Dean and Castiel were. Sam was happy about meeting a real Angel and then learned that Angels were in fact not the nicest people. And Castiel thought ill of Sam at first because of the demon blood in his veins. It wasn't the typical alliance when they met and became friends. When did you know you were a Sam/Castiel fan? Someone posted a Sassy fic, and I decided what the hell and read it. I LOVED it, and realized at that moment that I love the pairing, and started to actively seek it out (both in fic and on the show). What is your fave Sam/Castiel moment on the show? Hands down, my fave Sassy moment on the show was in episode 5x17 (99 Problems). I just loved drunk!Sam and drunk!Cas in the same room together, alone. And the way that Cas got all up in Sam's personal space and then leaned in to whisper in his ear! *swoons* I also love the moment in 5x13 (The Song

If you are wanting to add me pleasure be sure it isn't only to be on my friends list (and have me on yours) with us sharing no interaction at all. A good point. I've seen that happen far too often, though to be honest, I've had the luck to experience the other way, the version where you really get to know a great person, too.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I really like your attitude here and we share a lot of common interests (by the way, are you a Legend of the Seeker-fan, too?) and wanted to ask if it's okay if I friend you - even though Sam/Cas isn't my main couple so to speak (big gen-fan here) :)
Oh, I have met some truly amazing people through livejournal, so I have been lucky enough to see both sides of the coin!
Thanks for the nice compliment (on liking my attitude). And I am a big fan of Legend of the Seeker (So mad we won't get a 3rd season, damn them!!)!
I don't mind friending you. The only fic I read is slash (with a few het pairings here and there, but VERY rare), but I don't hold someones tastes against them! :0)
Whoa. Sorry for me taking so long to reply. Real life tends to give me no time to get into fandom properly apart from 3-4 times a week. If I'm lucky.
Anyway, I'm thrilled to have you on my friends-list now and absolutely mourn the loss of Legend of the Seeker with you. I adored that show and even got into reading the books. It was original, had some amazing action scenes and a clever plot - a combination you don't get too often.
As for liking different things at times - to be honest, I attempt to get in contact with people who are both tolerant and have a mind on their own. In my opinion it's much more fun talking with people who, i.e. like slash or favor a different character, because I tend to get a fresh view on things. More often than not, I even discovered that I've been missing out and I hope I managed to broaden my horizons. So naturally, I'm ueber-thrilled to get to talk to you a little more - both about the things we have in common and those we don't. Have a nice weekend! :)
