[Dressed well for the cold, Riff goes out toward the hospital after a few minutes and, as suggested, asked the receptionist for Dr Goldsmith. He did feel bad for troubling the whole network with his silly cold, but it was convenient, he supposed. And Cain had asked him to get a second opinion from a doctor.

He was directed to the doctor's office and politely knocked twice]

[Poring over his patients' records, the Chevalier heard Riff's footfalls approach his office before the man's knock resounded lightly on the door. Looking up, he closed the manila folder and set it neatly in a small pile on his desk.]

[Riff does as he's bid, politely inclining his head in greeting and shutting the door behind himself.]
