Not sure if I'm justified feeling down about this...
I've been down about this on and off for a couple of months now, it only just really hit me...
For those of you that don't know I tracked my dad down about 6 years ago, my brother wasn't interested other then in the offchance that he might get some backdated presents (that changed when he met him but still I feel a valid point) then once we did meet him I made every effort to stay in contact with him wherever I could while my brother replied to the occasional text.
My brother had a little boy last year, ever since he had him my dad has made more visits to Hull, every one of these visits has involved my dad texting me telling me he'll be up but he won't have time to see me "maybe next time"
I'm fairly certain he doesn't realise hes doing it, or the way its making me feel, but its just leaving me feeling so inferior.
Meh.
