today sucked all around..........
I am attached to my cell phone. it is my only means of communication with my boyfriend. i woke up this morning and it wouldnt make or recieve phone calls nor would it recieve or send text messages. i called verizon and over the phone they could not repair it, they tried to re program it several times. and failed, they took me out of the system and put me back in, failed again. i went down to the verizon store, they fixed it, 30 minutes later, the same thing i had to go back to the store, this time i left it with them for two hours. by the time i got home i had to go back. for the third time. they replaced the phone and yet again, the same fucking thing. its nothing with the network bc everyone else i know has verizon and isnt having problems and the second phone on my plan has no problems. so i am without a phone, a brand new replacement at that and cant even use it. i give up i dont know what the hell is going on and neither do they....
