Aurora Starwing (others may know her as Dusty or Starwatcher) was murdered. I don't have words for this, just tears. I've known her for so long. I can't seem to touch down again, get grounded. Everything seems unreal

Thanks. There are many who are suffering right now, who were very close to her. I knew her for a long time, but she was as close as a sister to many. I ache for them.

Oh my god.

I knew her when I hung out on the Gryphon forum years ago, I even drew her character before losing touch. She'd emailed me a while ago to reconnect, because she had found a copy of that same drawing. I feel horrible now for not finding the original sooner and replying.

It's just... I'm speechless. She was only ever nice to me. *hugs* What a nightmare.

I don't think she was ever anything but nice to anyone. This is one of those things that is unbelievably unfair and shocking. Thank you.
