This was lovely and sweet! I love how their relationship comes across in this... I'd love all of those smells too if it was Ron. Who wouldn't?

Hmmm, they are lovely.

Absolutely smooshable.

I am very dissapointed that a Britpicker allowed pancakes and hash browns, though - bloody MacDonalds corrupting our youth!

Can you bottle the Ron!smell, so we can sniff it as we read?

Oh - oh - or a scratch'n'sniff card with the different smells on it!

It's 3am and I am slightly punch drunk!!

Aw, I originally had it as 'hash' and she said it didn't sound right! And I looked up British breakfast foods online and pancakes were included in the traditional British breakfast list, so I just assumed. But my Brit picker says that my she's from a very "boring" small town, so perhaps the phrasing's a bit different there?

And yes, I'll see about those scratch and sniff cards and get back to you about them.

I am very excited about the scrath'n'sniff cards!

British pancakes are crepes and eaten with lemon and sugar and not usually at breakfast.

I know Americans have fluffy pancakes with syrup for breakfast - and even with eggs and sausages.

We'd have bacon and eggs and sausages...

I have only ever seen hash browns in M

Okay, that's very strange. I'm going to change it then.

For the record, I don't set foot within 100 yards of McDonald's anymore. I got a bad chicken nugget once and that was it for me.

Mmmmmmm, I can almost smell Ron from here, and that's a good thing!

You don't need a reason for that kind of fluff. It is what it is and it's very nice!

Yes, a very good thing indeed. :)

I always get worried when I write fluff, because I am a profoundly unromantic person, much more comfortable writing what my friend calls "slit-your-wrists angst". So I always cringe when I write something soppy. :)

Ah, so you are immune to the power of fluff. Very good then.

And thank you. :)
