If someone fills this prompt, they will either reply to my comment with the story in the comment, or they will reply to my comment with a link to the story that they've posted to their journal. If you want to be notified when someone replies to my comment, you can track it. To do that, just click on the little pushpin button next to the comment:
It will ask you how you want the notification of the comment to be sent to you. Like this: Someone comments under "Hawaii Five-0 (Steve/Danny, Kono) " by tailoredshirt in "Multi-fandom Suit & Uniform Kink Meme" on my journal. Just select that you want the notification to be delivered by email. Then you'll get an email when someone replies to my comment. :)
