100% unsweetened cacao is absolutely not the same thing as really dark chocolate. It's so horrible, my tongue is about to revolt. I had the brilliant idea of making chocolate bark with a bar of it from my freezer, but I didn't add anything to it other than the dried blueberries I sprinkled on top. It's going to be completely inedible.
However, I have had much success with the following today:
Chocolate peppermint chip cookies
Oatmeal raisin
Oatmeal raisin white chocolate
Oatmeal chocolate chip
Muddy Buddies (x2)
Baked cheese grits
Tomorrow I have to make some yeast rolls, then I'm finished with Christmas baking.
