этого письма пришло вот такое (в ответ уже на жалобу, что я на сайте накатал):
Hi, My name is Brent McAlister and I am the Sales Manager at KEH, I received your
email this morning and I am working on finding out what happened and why you do not
have a tracking number yet. My concern is that it was one of the orders that did not
import to my system when we had a glitch that dropped tracking numbers on 09/01/11.
Please bare with me and I will get back to you with an answer in the next couple of
hours. I know it is very important to get this information and I am trying to
resolve the issue and get your tracking number.
Мне кажется, или отмазки у них разные, а? По-моему, кто-то пиздит. И я подозреваю, что пиздят все.
