Val has her exams starting tomorrow in London, and a flight thither at 10:15am today. She got up all early, kissed me goodbye as I dozed and headed out to get the 7 o'clock metro to the station, from where she would take the shuttle bus to the airport at half past. Only problem was, there IS no 7 o'clock metro on a Sunday. I'd overlooked the part
