[Beast has not been outside his tiny apartment in the Welcome Center since he's retrieved his precious rose from the Item Shop, and has been consequently spending his entire time examining the thing almost obsessively. It's pretty easy, actually. All you have to do is claim an empty one. If you want a list of those, I have them at the Welcome Center.

Actually, I just remembered--a friend of mine who moved in with me just left House 17. It has three bedrooms and it's right next to the Rec Center. If you're interested, I can draw a map.
