Finally caught up...

I have no idea on what to write. I could do the usual blah blah blah but I don't even feel like doing that. Well anyways, I muddle thru the past week.
I'm currently working on a sig for Melpomene but it's not coming out the way I want it to. I need more Scruffy!Jack's to work with which means I have to cap all the Scruffy!Jack eps. What a hardship eh? I'll suffer thru though, perserverance is my middle name when it comes to RDA/Jack and capping and drooling and thunking!
We had our company "Winter Party" on Saturday, 21 Jan at the Retama Park which is a horse racing track on the outskirts of San Antonio. Nice view of an empty track, they don't race in the winter here. The food was excellent (like last year), the games were fun but it just wasn't fun. Everyone was gone by 10:30 p.m. We had the DJ until midnight. Last year, you couldn't drag the people off of the dance floor, this year you couldn't drag them on. My mom had a blast like always, she was out on the floor trying to learn the Electric Slide, it was hilarious.
This Monday, 23 Jan, I had a root canal. Well only a partial root canal. It seems the nerve was totally dead in the tooth and I already had an infection setting in. The dentist drilled out the nerve and packed the hole in my tooth with medicine cause it was draining to much for her to seal it. Sealing the tooth would have made it worse. So I have this medicine stuff in my tooth that tastes really nasty. I just hope it heals by next Monday so I can get it finished up.
Other than that, all' quiet on the Texas front.
