oh ho ho, i am chock full of wit
Today i was interviewed for newspaper commitee. It wasn't your usual interview. We were interviewed in a group. The first thing we did was pass around a bucket of random stuff. Whatever you pulled from the bucket you were asked a random question about and you had to make up a silly creative answer. I pulled out a green santa clause bendy straw. The question I was asked was:
"Where do the Cuban explorers go to drink from their santa bendy straws?"
my response:
"The Cuban explorers drink from their bendy straws in the north pole because the first time they visited the north pole Santa gave them the straws. Now every time they go back to the north pole they must drink from the straws in order not to anger Santa and be put on the naughty list."
The next thing that we did was receive 5 random pictures from magazines. We had to pick two, one being just like us and the other being not like us at all. The two i picked were of Jeff Hardy with deer horns making a funny face and the other was of a viking. I said:
"I am most like this picture of the guy with the deer horns because I'm kind of silly and I make faces like that a lot. I am not like this viking because I dont have beefy legs or rape and/or pillage."
people laughed. i actually made people laugh. That is quite a feat for me. I'm glad I didn't make myself sound like an idiot because I was really really nervous. My palms were sweating profusely and my stomach hurt really bad. The reason? The guy asking the questions was really really.....good looking. eh heh.
