Besides their horrible navigation of their site, and the fact that I clicked "send scores to college" once and it took me to another page where I clicked the same "send scores to college" button somewhere else. Dude, if you want to forgo the greedy asshats, just print all that stuff out and mail it all out express on your own to the colleges.

They don't have a monopoly because I'm betting more than half of the people applying to college today (including me) still don't mail their applications electronically.
