I don't know if it's sad, or more of searching for something... I thought about it for a long while (lol, I know I might be putting a little too much thought, but I just couldn't put my finger on it.) It seems like she's looking off in the distance for something, maybe something she can't see, and is looking for it. It also looks like she's a little tired, maybe that she's been searching for too long and giving up hope?

Any thoughts?

That's always been a part of Lauren's ability to draw... There's just something about the pictures that has that sort of feeling to them, a 3rd dimension of the drawings / paintings that isn't in a lot of the other artwork I see.
