just fucking... block the Gulf from the rest of the world between Key West and the Yucatan.
there ARE experts that can fix this, but BP cares more about protecting its trade secrets than getting oil all over the planet.
i suggest reading about the process in which a piece of underwater property is turned into a parcel for sale to be drilled, and the secrecy behind it. also go look for yourselves how many hands (read: companies) have their hands in the peverbial pot. and how much of a big fuckup the whole business is.
