okay. so. on Oct 2nd, i did the application for my son's check at Social Security.
the bank got the direct deposit clearance on the 15th.
i called Soc. Sec on the 16th. i was told that they were re-issuing the check, and i should see it in 3-5 days.
i called on the 22nd. they said the request went through on the 21st, and it would be 3-5 days.
today is the 26th. FIVE DAYS. i'm still waiting. three weeks and four days.
this makes me so angry, you have no idea.
EDIT: after half an hour on the phone with social security tells me that i'm shit out of luck. I'M SICK OF BEING TOLD SHIT THAT ISN'T TRUE. I'M HONEST WHY CAN'T YOU FUCKERS BE?
EDIT 2: DCF doesn't have it. social security doesn't have it. NO ONE HAS IT. MY KIDS NEED FOOD.
