Is it seriously the last day of 2008? This year has really flown by. Because it seems the thing to do a recount of the year.
I went back to school (in shreveport this time)
I started working on my Cisco certification
I got married
I had a kid (I'm still shocked by this one)
I bought a brand new car o.o
this also means Lenore was sold T-T she was a good car.
My new car is a standard and I named him Rei. Yes that is a MARS reference.
I discovered that no matter how hard I try I cannot make pumpkin fudge.
The term money grubbing rat bastards was driven home at least 4 times this year.
If I missed anything thats ok ^^.
Also. I know I haven't been keeping in touch with a lot of you lately, Alex eats my time like candy, but I want to change that. I miss talking to and hanging out with all my friends. I know a good chunk of my friends are in different states and countries now but I can at least still talk to you! If you haven't heard from me in a while, get in touch. I'll also be trying to reach some long lost friends but I may not have current contact info.
So I guess thats it. I'll hopefully see you all in 2009! Wishing you all a happy (and safe) New Year!
Should old acquaintance be forgot,
and never brought to mind ?
Should old acquaintance be forgot,
and old times since ?
CHORUS:For auld lang syne, my dear,for auld lang syne,we'll take a cup of kindness yet,for auld lang syne.
And surely you’ll buy your pint cup !
And surely I’ll buy mine !
And we'll take a cup o’ kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.
For auld lang syne, my dear,for auld lang syne,we'll take a cup of kindness yet,for auld lang syne.
We two have run about the slopes,
and picked the daisies fine ;
But we’ve wandered many a weary foot,
since auld lang syne.
For auld lang syne, my dear,for auld lang syne,we'll take a cup of kindness yet,for auld lang syne.
We two have paddled in the stream,
from morning sun till dine† ;
But seas between us broad have roared
since auld lang syne.
For auld lang syne, my dear,for auld lang syne,we'll take a cup of kindness yet,for auld lang syne.
And there’s a hand my trusty friend !
And give us a hand o’ thine !
And we’ll take a right good-will draught,
for auld lang syne.
For auld lang syne, my dear,for auld lang syne,we'll take a cup of kindness yet,for auld lang syne.
