Every time CC writes a drabble, I can't really help it. So here's a drabble about the recent Soul Eater event...
“Hello everyone~!”
There was a small gathering down at the beach, mostly to try to figure out the odds and ends of the latest Island event. That and people wanted to show off being able to turn into weapons, you know, who could turn into the biggest sword and all. So of course, it wasn’t a big surprise that Prier would show up, no, the surprise was that she was showing off a bit too much.
Laharl noticed his lone vassal acting a bit... strange. Was she being... suggestive? He was pretty sure she didn’t usually try to make everyone notice her chest, especially not when she was walking around in her demon form. And was she... being flirty? Prier flirty? Okay something was really off here.
“Oy Prier, what the hell are you doing?”
“Oh hey, Harly~” she said, suddenly grabbing Laharl in a tight hug. “I’m just talking to people? What, I’m not allowed?” Of course, Laharl didn’t hear any of it since he was desperately trying to escape his own marshmallow hell at the moment. After a moment of struggle, he finally got free... only to notice Prier flashing a very crooked smirk... and a camera.
“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” he cried out, his own Overlord’s Wrath crashing down on the girl... who suddenly turned into a small yellow frog. And if that wasn’t enough for Laharl, the bag “Prier” had on her? It suddenly exploded, due to a very angry and pissed off Prier popping up in it.
“Ku~ Why are you all looking at me like that? Turns out one of the special abilities of Prier is that her meister can temporarily take her form to deal more damage, da ze~” he suddenly started explaining, as if anyone actually cared for a tutorial right now. “I just decided to make things a bit more interesting, that’s alright right, dear?~” And to take a few pictures from a “different perspective”.
“Oh Prier, have I ever mentioned that that shade of black in your aura suits you well?”
He never really got his answer...
