(no subject)
Grrr... I seriously hate the Playstation Network. Honestly I bought stuff on EBay and Amazon plenty of time with no problems, but I want to add money to my stupid PS account? Nope, address verification busts and credit card doesn't get validated. And it doesn't look like they're releasing those pre-paid cards anytime soon.
So after a week of going through forum posts, FAQS, and trying again, I get fed up and call MasterCard. They tell me the address verification doesn't match in Canada, so it's impossible to buy using MasterCard. Really? First time I've ever heard of that. Oh well
So I send an e-mail to customer service at PS Network. I tell them everything MasterCard told me and asked for a way to validate the card without the Network. I wrote everything... their answer:
"Hi, sorry it doesn't work. Read our FAQS, maybe it'll help you kbye 8D"
Well, okay, I paraphrased a bit but... I don't know, that just seriously made me angry. I swear they didn't read pass "I can't get money" or something. I know I should write them back... but I can't exactly write a message that's not ultra snarky or doesn't start with "Are you all incompetents?"
I shouldn't get angry over something as dumb as that, but... I don't know, customer services always just makes me ARGH!!! so much.If you really don't care, why the hell do you go into customer service?
