Okay, Updates...
So, I can't seem to get anything done at work.... People keep calling me and asking me questions that they could have bloody well looked up the answer to themselves... Or; my favourite: "Hi. My computer is acting wierd." Wow. Thanks for being so specific....
I kept track today, and was called 57 times, and had people come into my office for help 34 times. I also answered off 155 email, and deleted another 438 which did not require any action on my part, spent one hour in a meeting developing a 'business practice', and another hour training a class.... I am amazed how much I manage to get done when you think about how little time i actually get to spend working on my own work!
Yet, despite this; I manage to accomplish quite a bit each day.... Mostly by working through lunch, (I wonder if I am entitled to breaks?!) and by bringing stuff home to work on. BUT; I got the pain in the ass of all spreadsheets done (at home) today!! YAY!!! One major checkbox off the list!!!
Of course, I polished off a box of Carmel Delight Girl Scout cookies, so the time I spent at home on this spreadsheet should have been spend on the treadmill...
