001. Freefall, Leeteuk/Kangin
Kangin didn’t know when it happened.
Maybe it was when they’d first met and the other had taken his hand and told him all about how he wished they could work well together and become famous as a group and how Kangin didn’t understand a thing he’d said because he’d been too focused on how beautiful the other's smile was and how he’d never seen dimples as big as his ever in his entire life.
Maybe it was when they’d won their first award and he had broken down crying while delivering his thank you speech and Kangin had been struck dumb by just how beautiful the other man still was even when his face was red from crying and his eyes were watery and small.
Or Maybe it was when he first heard the other laugh and was bewildered by the high-pitched alien sound coming from the elder. It was the first time that Kangin heard such a sound come from a human being but somehow, it was still beautiful, simply because it was unique. Purely because it was Eeteuk.
And as Kangin thought more and more about it, he really couldn’t figure out when, how and why he began to fall for the man sleeping with his head snuggled into Kangin's shoulder, but then, as he smiled down at the delicate man and brushed the light brown hair away from his face to reveal the flawless skin and the other grunted and turned his face into Kangin neck he thought: ‘Did it even matter?’
He pressed a small kiss on the other's hand and snuggled back down under the sheets.
No, he decided. It didn’t matter, he’d already fallen after all. Everything else that happened after that didn’t matter. Nothing did. Just as long as Eeteuk was there to catch him after his fall, everything was just fine.
