About me!
Let's get the basics.
I'm Cassy, it's short for Cassandra, but you can probably get away with whatever the hell you want to call me. I'm nineteen, a current drop-out of college, and I'm an aspiring movie-something-or-other (whenever I get back at it.) I live in Rochester, NY, but I spent two years in Queens, NYC for college and I hope to get back there soon!
I have dreams, let me show you them.
My dream in life, like I said, is to become a movie something-or-other. All I know is that if I get on a set, I will be happy, and I do NOT want to direct. Oddly enough, the people I look up to the most that made me decide I should do this are both directors; Joss Whedon (whatever you say, the man is still my god) and Edgar Wright.
Aside from that my aspirations really don't go much further than next week or so; I don't like to plan ahead. ~*Spontaneity*~ ftw.
In my spare time I like long walks on the beach...
Surfing the internet, playing videogames, watching movies, writing (blogging, mostly,) speaking in the parenthetical (though that can really only be done in text,) and being a loaf.

Family is where your heart is
My family is a big part of my life, and I do talk about them here. My parents are divorced, I live with my dad when not at school, and I visit my mom every other weekend (because she lives an hour away.) My dad is single, and my mom is dating Jim (who is probably the most ~*ossum*~ boyfriend she could hope for. He rides a unicycle.) My brother (Curtis, or as I like to call him: CJ) and I are pretty much BFF.
I have a dog (don't bother asking what type, I have no clue. She's a mutt) named Kiwi and she's fucking awesome.
But the internet is where my time is spent
