Hawaii
Realized a few months ago that you can have the best camera, lenses, and skills with them imaginable, but if you have nothing good to shoot, then it's all a waste of time. So for the first time in my life, I actually care about hiking and sight seeing, which also means I care a lot about vacations now.
I have a trip to Yosemite planned for 4 days at the end of this month. A 4 day trip to Pittsburgh a couple weeks later. The biggie though, is that I am very strongly considering a trip to Hawaii in October (the best and cheapest time to go, strangely). I'm looking to island hop between Maui and Kuaui. The problem is planning a trip of this undertaking. One island is easy and pretty damn inexpensive, but two islands becomes super difficult. Not many sites can plan a full package (flights, hotels, and car rentals) with multiple locations and the ones that can all come up with INSANE prices. I'll get it figured out...with some work.
The sad thing is I'll probably be going alone XD I've asked a couple of people to join me, but I'm not confident that the chips will fall where they need to for it to happen. It sounds kind of pathetic, but I've never been one to let a little thing like going it alone to deter me from doing anything =D
I owe you guys a lot of pictures...maybe next weekend, lol. This weekend is snowboarding.
