It's Pouring Out

When it rains it pours XD As you all know I lost my wallet. Well no one has found it and gone shopping apparently, so that's VERY good. However, a near equivalent has happened anyway XD My student loan payment decided to screw up and double draw from my account. This puts me down $500 extra and puts my bank account at zero. Normally not a huge concern but I was A) hoping to put that into my credit card to come || close to paying it off, B) it put my bank account at zero when I have no credit card to act as an emergency buffer since it's gone as well! Basically I have zippo dollars until my next paycheck or until I get my credit card. I've gotten lucky unto this point but I hope I can continue that lucky (if you can call all this that, lol) streak until my credit card comes in and my paycheck.

I did call my bank and the institutions my student loans are under so they will be reimbursing me, but that wont be until either mid this week or not until after I get my paycheck anyway XD. This is like one of those Shakespearean plays where everything just goes so perfectly wrong, lol. The funny thing is that I'm not that concerned. I'm not concerned about money anymore, and I LOVE that!

They say that money can't buy happiness, and I call that a crock of shit! Not having to worry about money all the time IS sure conducive to feeling free enough to be happy. Granted, there's a point at which more money wont make you happy, but that point is actually pretty damn high. For someone like me who is pretty recluse, I don't care about having friends as much as being financially secure.

Also, more bad news, it would seem that the project I'm on, the testing has been delayed AGAIN. This time is has been delayed 4 months. I guess that lets me dedicate completely to finding a new tour. When it finally comes time for testing, I will just jump back to this project for a couple weeks. Unfortunately, finding a tour is proving a neigh impossibility. Not just for me either. Everyone is having a tough time. I would not be surprised if they became forced to start laying some of us starting employees off. I have to be entirely honest, I wouldn't mind much. I kind of miss school and I still don't feel entirely content with this job. I will probably be looking for the exit soon enough anyway after getting enough experience to make the jump worthwhile.

Avatar seems fitting for this song, yea?

work, money, wallet, credit card
