Life Update
Let's see... work is kinda screwy right now. Our entire division is changing but we haven't been told what it's changing TO yet. On the upside our new district manager finally talked to me and my partner and there's a meeting this week to tell us all about what's going on (Finally). So, I *used* to love my job... but I'm not entirely sure if that's going to continue for much longer. We'll see, I guess...
I've been toying with the idea of volunteering to staff some of the smaller ren faires this year. I haven't come to the decision whether or not I'm actually going to do it yet. I'd like to, but I think I may need to get back into the 'groove.' I didn't get to even go last year do to training, and I didn't go much the year before that. Though, I still have the feeling I'd enjoy it a lot more if I was actually on staff or doing something constructive. I'm also working on getting more garb to play with this summer. Unfortunately, there's pretty much no way to get around how costly that is. Anyone have any garb that might fit me that they're getting rid of or willing to sell? If so, let me know.... I'd appreciate it greatly.
Looks like I probably won't be at the GB friday night. I've got drill this weekend and I don't relish the idea of being up late and then getting up at four in the morning. No thanks.
