I'm wrong. The group is Forever Green. the SONG is "Galway (Ferry me Home)".

A search of the lyrics one by one landed on this:

So far I can't make the song play, but as the song is about a ferry accident and there was a ferry accident in Galway and the song is called "Galway (Ferry Me Home)" -- that might be it.
