I'm going to elaborate on what I said earlier.
I have friends that are making a name for themselves and doing what they love (ie lefttolose and flashflash). I would like to do the same; however, I don't even know how to begin. I guess I have a lot of goals that I would like to achieve. I have writing and business aspirations. Where do I make the connections I need to succeed? I guess I have a lot of goals that I would like to achieve. I have writing and business aspirations. Fashion-wise, I'm working at the largest Banana Republic in the world. It's a flagship store, right next to the Gap, Inc corporate office. Maybe that could open some doors. As for my writing and other stuff, I'm lost.
I know I have several issues. I don't trust many people. I have a lit of ideas/ goals that i'd like to accomplish; however, I have a hard time telling people what they might be, for fear that they will steal my idea. I guess I've developed an acute case of paranoia. It happens. I guess I should work on that. I thought about trying to get an internship at any publication, not for this summer, but the next. I'm assuming that I will be a 5th year or 4 1/2 year senior, so maybe the summer after that I'll study abroad. I just had another epiphany. I also think that I have a fear of failure. i guess most people have this fear, but I allow it to hinder myself from even trying towards something I want. Damn.
