(no subject)
So I may have kind of inadvertently accidentally-on-purpose volunteered to help with the marketing for my local community theatre when talking to the director and my theatre friends this evening after the production of Alan Bennett's Talking Heads that I went to see my friend Rosemary in. (For those interested, they did Her Big Chance and Bed Amongst the Lentils.)
It's not that I don't think it's important and that I don't think I can do it, but I seem to be volunteering for a lot of things lately before I think them through and then worrying about whether I'm taking on too much. Especially when Rosemary pretty much grabbed at the offer and said I could be ON THE BOARD OF THE THEATRE. When I only just made the offer to help tonight. Urk!
Seriously, how do I get myself into these things is what I would like to know.
