Thanks, I'm glad you think it looks cool. Right now I am just trying to see if this can be done, or what it needs to work.

While I understand that offers won't be matched based on characters, is the only requirement that the fic be written in the requested fandom, or, like yuletide, are you free to write any character where 'any' means 'any nominated character'?

The only requirement is that the fic be written in the requested fandom and use at least one of the freeform tags. There is some restrictions based on the tag you decide to write on. For example if you decide to do "women being awesome" that would obviously have to have female characters just by the nature of the tag.
