I'm looking for a roommate currently. Reasons being I'm paying $1400 / month for my 1 bdr apartment and I'd like to pay less and find a house.
I have the following rules / info about myself for finding a place:
I'd like it if someone already had a house and 1 or more extra rooms for rent. I have shared living room equipment and furniture (big hdtv, assorted game consoles, home theater system, etc.)
I need to be able to trust you and hopefully you have and keep a steady job.
NO SEX WITH ROOMMATES (sorry, just a easy rule that avoids a lot of crap)
No drama please. I'm easy to get along with.
Clean, I'm not a neat freak but I dont like clutter or piles of food / garbage.
I smoke weed but no heavy drugs
