The return of cooler weather has been wonderful, although it will get hot again at the end of the week. My brain feels functional and creative although the various arthritic body parts are beginning to complain. Yes, I'm talking about you, hips and left index finger. Still beats having sludge for brains. Hmm, I may have to put on long pants.
Yesterday I figured out how to get the pinking rotary blade to work on my 45mm Olfa cutter. They have a website where a lovely young thing has you put the spacer on the outside of the cutter, to give space for the wiggly edges, rather than in the back, which accommodates the normal flat blade. Six working pieces and I had to look at a video. Duhhhhhh. High tech stuff.
We decided not to return to the State Fair today, after all. I had a minor stomach upset for a couple of days, and with the coolth, and all, we decided to stay home, and maybe have homemade junk food of some kind.
