LSU exhibit!
Woo hoo! I entered a few pieces of my artwork in the 21st annual International Exhibition on Animals in Art at LSU, and my piece pictured below, Faithful Dreams, was chosen. Yippee! I'm so thrilled.
202 artists from 40 states and 3 countries submitted 452 entries, and Thomas Livesay, the director of the LSU Museum of Art, selected 76 for the exhibition.
The exhibit opens March 29 at the School of Veterinary Medicine Library there, and runs through April 27. All the works are for sale, and 20% goes towards special programs at the vet school.
I'm just so excited to have been chosen as part of this exhibition.
