First REAL Post
Not really sure how people usually start these so I'll just 'wing' it.
Yesterday was pretty fun, started off with my parents visiting, they bought a pretty sweet digital camera, at least I think it is sweet anyways, I really don't know much about digital cameras to tell the truth. After that, we tried a restaurant called Kokomos, which is in Bayers lake, good food, not too expensive either... except for the beer, it is priced at about $4.10 I think. Anyways, did some grocery shopping, came home, took some pics of stuff, parents left, read some peoples Livejournals.
Then I saw Chris B. on MSN, asked him whats on for tonight, he told me the plans, Dawn of the dead, Aarons for drinks, then the Palace. So, I headed to the irving on quinpool, met up with Dan Aaron and Chris then we realized the time, only about 10 minutes before the movie started. We were a bit worried Mega and Cara (sp?) would scalp us for being late, haha. So we rushed to Park lane, found Mega and Cara (who were not ticked. or didn't appear to be), waited in the line up for the tickets, and got in, only missed the previews I think.
SWEET movie, very well done, everyone go see it! And wow this journal is becoming a lot longer then I had expected, sorry readers, haha. Anyyywaaays.. walked back to Aarons with Cara, Chris B and Mega.. were a bit confused but eventually found the way. (Been living in halifax for like 2 years now and im still pretty hopeless about getting around by myself)
The others had some drinks, (I held back because of what happened in august.. which REALLY sucked, might post about it another time, this is getting toooo long.) I tried resisting my allergies (Im allergic to cats, aaron has an awesome kitten), they didn't hit me too bad, just a scratchy throat. We all watched some MXC (Extreme elimination challenge on Spike TV) which was sweet , very funny, crazy asians. Anyways, the time was around 11:00 PM, and the others were planning on going to the palace, I was a bit too tired for it tonight, so I decided if I am going to go home I should now, since the busses stop running at 12:00 AM. (I think) Aaron took me to the bus stop, we waited for about 25 minutes (great fun.. tks for waitin with me aaron, haha). Got on the bus, boring bus ride to mumford, boring walk home, got in my apartment and went to sleep, ha ha.
Anyways if you read all this, you're crazier then I am, I don't plan on making a habit of writing such long entries so no worries. Thanks for reading, later peeps.
