Of boss battles, DRRR oddities, and Pokemon party transitions

I almost forgot how adorable the final AIDA type boss in .hack//G.U. vol. 3 was. <3 If you don't like spoilers, don't watch.

Didn't you know my sense of beauty if unusual? :P Still, this is really tame in comparison to the normal cute things.

In addition, here's probably my favorite segment from .hack//G.U. Trilogy. I will point out how the dialogue makes practically no sense, though. D: The entire movie had this problem, too. Avert your eyes if you don't want spoilers. Yes, this has spoilers for the movie and the games, but I also figure that by now, anyone who ultimately wanted to play the games or watch this movie would have done so years ago.

Gorgeous visuals, but too simplified from the source material (they removed the whole Sakaki subplot, which was a backbone for all of the second game, for example) with way way less characters. :(

I'm overthinking something else, but Michi says I shouldn't be so selfish nor wasteful with my money. D:

Also, I was browsing through the DRRR guidebook thing and noticed some interesting stuff.

Firstly, Izaya manages to get himself in almost all the official artwork pages in some form or another, even by just being in the background. If DRRR can have a troll type photobomber character, then Izaya is it, hahaha.

Secondly, considering the everlasting hatred Shizuo and Izaya have for each other, they're pictured together an awful lot, sometimes even smiling together. I pointed this out to my brother, who basically said that it could be love in denial. XD; No wonder there are so many doujinshi with this pairing. I admit that I like the pairing, but this isn't helping, haha.

Thirdly, Shizuo's voice actor is shown... wearing the same type outfit Shizuo does. In one of the smaller photos, he even grabs a wastebasket (?) and appears to threaten the viewer with it. As in about to throw it at the viewer in a rage. How Shizuo-like.

As for continuing in Pokemon Black, I took a temporary break from it while I was in recovery mode, but started back up this morning. My team is actually having some transitional moments again, so when it's more stable, I'll have a team update to share.
