Prompt: vampires
Note: Set during The Performer. (You knew this was coming.)
"I tried to read that Twilight book," Reid told J.J. as the BAU claimed their regular table at the bar.
"What did you think?" she asked smirking. She knew by Reid's use of 'tried' his opinion wasn't positive.
"Well, it reinforces why I don't read modern American fiction," Reid said. He figured it was a safe answer.
"At least tell me you thought Edward was a true romantic," Garcia said butting into the conversation.
"He doesn't fit my definition of the word."
"Oh, and who does Mr. High Standards?"
Reid tried his best not too look at Morgan and smiled.
Prompt: the sun
Simon loved Serenity, but when they went this long without stopping at a planet, he began to miss the smell of fresh air and the feel of the sun warming his skin.
He always had a pale complexion, but going without real sunlight for a month, and he realized he resembled a ghost.
He especially felt self conscious when he laid next to Jayne whose skin stayed tan even as they rocketed through space.
Simon smiled, though, as Jayne's lips danced over his skin making sure to touch every inch of him.
Simon could live without sun for awhile longer.
