Name: Celica Strawberry Mercu, but she calls herself Minako after Sailor Venus.
Age: She claims she’s Chii’s age, but she’s actually twenty-one.
Personality: Childish and hyper, but sweet, if slightly annoying.

Fashion style: Whatever the style is of whoever she’s currently cosplaying.

About Minako:
Minako is Mercedes’ sister. She was born ten months after Mercedes. She has no known father, and has been living in Japan ever since she and Mercedes came to visit earth, while her sister went off to explore. She worked in a tea shop, and is addicted to green tea.
She dressed like Chii as much as she can, meaning if a girl with curly blond hair and blue eyes is running around with a rabbit plushie, with Chii ears on, it’s probably Minako.
When she’s not wearing her lolita clothes, she’s usually in a school girl uniform like the ones in Sailor Moon.
She came in search of her dear sister, “Blueberry-Chan” and landed on our doorstep with no warning. We weren’t prepared for the hyper, green tea and Chobits obsessed “child”. It’s likely that if she knew her sister was coming, Mercedes probably would’ve gone on a vacation to Mars.
Minako and Mercedes don’t get along well, probably because Minako’s anime/manga/video game/Chobits obsession annoys Mercedes, and this annoys Minako. Thus, they sometimes try to strangle eachother.
