Refinanced!
My refinance finally closed this week. I'm thrilled with the rate and that I was able to avoid paying down the principal and also avoid paying PMI, even if the closing costs weren't much fun. Still, this knocks 8 years off the life of the loan and keeps the payments almost the same, so I'm counting it as a win.
