(no subject)
I'm watching the first couple episodes of Huge because I was curious about it and I love Nikki Blonsky, and I just IMDb'ed it and -- this is the first teen-centric show I've ever watched where every single "teenage" actor that I could find a birthdate for on IMDb is younger than me. Granted, that's only three, but that's one just-18-year-old, one nearly-18-year-old (David Hasselhoff's daughter is adorable), and one two-weeks-younger-than-Emma-year-old.
So, (a) I feel slightly old, but (b) that is surprisingly age-appropriate casting! I'm still, like, three years younger than the average age of the Buffy cast in its first season, I think, and don't get me started on Grease.
Also, all this food obsessing is making me so hungry after my rather paltry dinner, but I refuse to make myself a one-thirty in the morning snack. I don't need food, I need sleep.
