What I nattered on about today:
08:52 It's still 26 degrees and the roads are solid ice. But it's sunny and the high today is in the upper 30's. I leave the house in an hour.
12:30 Sitting in the courthouse parking lot, having a burrito for lunch before I head inside.
12:32 It's 29 degrees, everything is still coated with ice, but the roads are only slushy and wet instead of treacherous.
12:56 There are a couple hundred people in here waiting with me. Instead of watching what's on across the room, I'm watching a show on my phone.
13:23 Those who are dismissed have left, we've taken the oath, and now we're back to waiting.
13:47 I've been given a seat number and were moving to the second floor.
15:48 Quick bathroom break. Half of us headed for the bathroom, the other half got immediately on the phone.
17:48 On another break while they do private questioning and make up their minds about which 12 of our 65 people they're keeping.
18:54 Still waiting. Back hurts. All I've had to eat today is two pieces of toast and a burrito. Really ready to get out of here.
