Treat-writing is funny business
I have been participating in Yuletide since its beginning, but it's the second year now that I wrote not just my assignment but also a treat (yes, I know there are people who write several Yuletide treats each year. They're not me).
... and somehow it turns out to be even more exciting experience, because both times it's for fandoms I wasn't going to write in, no way, no how... And yet I did write. And not entirely awful stories either.
Now, if only I can manage to keep writing as the year turns.
