I think Yuki missed the windowsill most of all while I was away. He ran into the room as soon as he could, ran around madly, clearly not sure where he wanted to go most, and then jumped onto the windowsill and promptly got to sleep there. He's still there, his tummy up for the world to see (and pet), a bent paw covering his eyes - his favourite position for sleeping.
Meanwhile my father got back from Israel. I'm taking in his stories and photos in very small doses, so as not to get overwhelmed, but it seems like Israel is an amazingly beautiful place.
Though my Moscow trip was lots of fun too. Too little time - I never get enough time to do all what I want there. Maybe next time it'll be a two-week trip. This time, however, there were night talks and sushi bars and cat-cuddling and baby-crooning and museum-visiting and Tarot spreads and fanbooks and toyshops... And the game, of course. A whole evening of being on Deep Space Nine (well, Terok-Nor,actually), with visitors from other places included. And even though I was just a young Cardassian officer, it was definitely fun. Lots of.
All good things must end, however. Back to work, and to a ficathon deadline that already happened.
