UPD: I am starting to have strong unpleasant feelings towards Chilean florists in general...
I'm stretching fairly unused mental muscles today - it's my cousin's birthday but she's in Chile and it fell to me to order her flowers online. In Spanish. And I never ever paid for anything online... Oh dear.
Also: I thought they didn't use 'Usted' in Spanish these days, but this site addresses customers as 'Usted'.
