Bel stood in the hallway, merely speaking to another friend he made at this House, when he noticed blood staining the side of her face. Being the nice Prince he is(that's what Chrome said), he leaned forward, helping his friend get rid of the blood stain on her face. His face was barely an inch away from hers, but he had no plans to ever get so close to another person beside Chrome. Unknown to him, Belphegor was too busy getting rid of the stain, he didn't realised someone was watching him and his friend, until he heard a loud crash. It came from the kitchen, didn't it? With a quick turn, he spinned around, noticing a petite figure by the door side. That shade of violet, that eyepatch. It's Chrome? Is she... Crying ( ... )

Chroms struggled Belphegor pulled her closer to himself and she shook her head, unwilling to listen to whatever he was saying. She had known that dropping the bottle would make Belphegor notice it was her, but she hadn't expected him to run that fast and chase up with her that quickly. Belphegor's hand gripped her wrists tightly, and she clenched her fist, moving as much so that Belphegor could let her go.

"I don't think.. I need to be told of what I just saw.." The tears in her eyes streamed down her pale face. She hadn't experienced this feeling before, in her whole life. Her heart felt as if it had shattered into a million pieces and she looked down, unwilling to look at Belphegor in the eye.

Bel felt his heart breaking as Chrome struggled against his grip, he tighten his grip on her, not willing to let her go. He could feel the small crack that was appearing on his heart, buried deep down inside, he was actually hurting from her rejection. His heart cracked even more when he saw the glittering tears streaming down her face, and he gave a soft tortured moan. No... You shouldn't cry... Tears ain't meant for you... His soul screamed out, but his voice just won't say it.

"Chrome... It's an misunderstanding... I didn't do anything with her. At all..." His crimson eyes was hazy, emotions clouding his vision. Pulling her closer to his body, he whispers softly beside her ears. "Believe in me, Princess... I didn't do anything to betray you..."

Chrome felt Belphegor pulling her closer to his body and she resisted with all her force. She didn't want to listen to anymore of what he's saying. She felt as if someone had ripped out her heart and poured salt on her wound. No, she never wanted to fall in love ever again. The tears won't seem to stop falling down her face and she shook it away hurriedly. "Misunderstanding..? You didn't do anything at all?" She managed to ask, sad and heartbroken. Then, in a softer tone, "You'd expect me to believe you.. After what I've saw..?" Chrome shook her head, then she smiled sadly after sorting out her thoughts. It seems like Belphegor doesn't want her anymore now, does he? Chrome tugged one last time and realised that obviously Belphegor was not letting go. She relaxed and looked at him straight in the eye. "Would you let me go? I'd hate to interrupt you and whoever that Princess is over there.."
