Charlotte!
Huzzah!
I am now living in Pineville, North Carolina a small suburb to the south of Charlotte. Moving in was the usual hassle. I'm officiall sick of moving boxes. Groar.
I'm having some crazy mixed feelings right now, but this always seems to happen when I first move somewhere. When I went to college I was very lonely and sad, and that was only 50 or so miles away from Madison. Here. . I'm 500+ miles away. I don't know the area, and don't know anyone here.
Anyhow, at the same time it's always exciting to move into a new apartment. Much bigger than Hartford (tho not as big as West Hartford). I caved in and bought high speed internet access as well. Looks like a decent neighborhood here. . my lease is only till Decemeber so if it sucks too much I'm not stuck.
It's just weird being so alone. . . I'm a solitary person, but it's different being alone on a Saturday night in Hartford. Hopefully I"ll meet people down here soon. Only been a few days so far.
Item. Tadra was spotted dining in the Branford Diner with one Samster. Yea, wow who would of thought that would happen (hint - not me.) Good times, flashbacks, second-guessing etc. Not bad tho.
So to summarize, I'm in Charlotte-area. My job starts on Monday - that should keep me very busy. I think it's good cause I'll focus alot of my time and energy on my first real job.
I miss everyone back in CT. Visit me!!
