Update
Well I quested to the best book store in the world (bookbarnniantic.com) with Sam and used up most of my Xmas money. But for about $20.00 I got:
VHS
The Lion King (Classic. Timon, Pumba, Simba, "you can be a big pig too, ooh!" etc.)
Oliver & Company (The first Disney movie I saw in theaters. Billy Joel does a great soundtrack, Dodger is awesome, and Oliver is sweet. Very very very loosely based on Oliver Twist.)
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (this is the animated 1995 or 1996 Batman movie that everyone forgets about. It was released into theaters but I missed it. Haven't seen it yet.)
Books
Mrs Frisby and the Rats of NIMH (saw the movie but never read the book)
The Gatekeepers (non-fiction about admissions staff at an elite college. I'm far enough out of the admissions process to read this and not be jealou or whiny)
The History of the Footnote (who knew such a book existed?)
I also got to pet several cats, including Frank the giant cat and a goat. Everything always changes around with the store, I'm always amazed. Second floor of the haunted book store is closed though =( I'm thinking maybe some roof leakage issues, it was always a little iffy.
I've been going here for over 15 years and wouldn't know what to do without this store!
